Registration for 2024/2025
Thank you for your interest in our program. Our registration will be ONLINE and will take place at 6pm on Sunday, February 18th. It is run as a first come, first serve basis, with the exception of current families and Williamsburg Community School having priority. At that time you can click on the link provided and fill out necessary information to register. We will then be in contact by Monday, Feb 26th to update you on your placement with our program.
We are going into our 5th year in our new classroom located at the Williamsburg Rec Center and it just keeps getting better. We are confident that this is the perfect space for our preschool to call home for many years to come!
Our program offers a program for 3 year olds that attends on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and a four year old program on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with AM and PM Sections.
3 Year Old Program - Junior Class
Our three year old program is offered on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:00am to 10:30am, however, we will do two AM sections if there is a need. The tuition is $75 per month.
The online registration does not guarantee you a spot. We allowed the system to accept more students than our program allows so that we could allow people to sign up for the waiting list. We will be in touch by Monday, February 26th to let you know your registration status. After notification of a spot in the class, you must submit a $50 Supply Fee to guarantee your spot. This fee is not only used to hold your child's spot, but to purchase materials for the upcoming school year. This fee is non-refundable.
4 Year Old Program - Senior Class
Our four year old program is available to students who are 4 before September 15th, 2024. This program is held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with an AM class from 8:00am - 11:20am and a PM class from 12:00pm - 3:20pm. We participate in the Statewide Voluntary Preschool Program for our 4 year olds, which covers tuition for all 4 year old preschoolers, so there is no longer a registration fee and tuition is FREE!!

Please only register if you plan on attending our program so other families do not have to be placed on a waiting list.

Special Notes for Repeating 5 Year Olds
WCP understands the lack of programming for children not quite ready for Kindergarten and we do try to provide for these children. However, children who are 5 years old prior to 9/15/24 cannot be assured a spot, as four year olds are given priority placement per state grant. These students must also pay $85/month tuition fee as the state grant only covers 4 year olds. When signing up online, we will automatically put you on the waiting list but will contact you with more information and we do try very hard to provide these children a spot. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Transportation
Transportation for our students may be provided by Iowa County Transportation. You may also be eligible for tuition or transportation assistance. If you would like more information on this, please let us know.
Online Registration

First come, First Serve - we will accept students in the order of online registration. However, priority is given to current families and those who live within the Williamsburg Community School District.
Remember, the submission of your registration online does not guarantee you a spot. We have allowed the system to accept more spots than we have available so that we can put those children on our waiting list.
Your Supply Fee will be due upon receipt of your confirmation email to hold your spot. This fee is $50 for 3 year old's and once in our program, you are guaranteed a spot in our 4 year old program. We do not have a registration fee for our 4 year old program, as it is covered by the grant.
